Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup low fat 
  • plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice (from 3 oranges)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 blocks of ice

Method

  1. In a blender, combine the avocado, banana, plain yogurt, orange juice, honey, and ice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately
