SPAR also sells UniPIN vouchers which can be purchased even if systems are offline and are activated using your cell phone. Follow the simple recharge instructions and the electricity token will be sent straight your cell phone.  The token number is then entered into the electricity meter.  Contact your local SPAR to enquire if this service is available.
