To assemble the sandwiches: separate the biscuit into two using a knife, spread a thick (2 cm) layer of SPAR Vanilla & Hazelnut Chocolate Flavoured Ice Cream onto a biscuit.
Press the second one on top. Repeat until all the sandwiches are made then place in the freezer and freeze until hard.
Roll the edge of the sandwiches in sprinkles, chocolate vermicelli or chopped nuts.
Freeze again until ready to serve.

You can also use SPAR Coconut Biscuits or SPAR Shortbread Biscuits for a tasty variation.
