Watermelon and Granadilla Popsicles Recipe

A delicious, refreshing and sugar free popsicle that's packed with vitamin C.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups watermelon puree*
  • ½ cup granadilla pulp
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped mint
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Recipe Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients and pour puree into popsicle molds,dividing equally.
  2. Freeze overnight. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead.Keep frozen.)

Hints & Tips

To make the watermelon puree, remove seeds from fresh watermelon and cut into large chunks. Place in a blender and process until smooth and well pureed, sieve to ensure no seeds remain.
