Valentines Cheesy Biscuits Recipe
Cute, heart shaped savoury biscuits flavoured with mustard and mozzarella. These are great to serve at a Valentines themed party or as the perfect end to a romantic Valentines meal.

15 minutes (plus 1hr chill time)

Recipe Ingredients

250 ml SPAR cake flour

125 g SPAR butter, at room temperature

5 ml French or wholegrain mustard

250 ml SPAR grated mozzarella cheese

25 ml SPAR low fat chive cottage cheese

50 g SPAR walnuts, finely chopped
Recipe Method

Measure all the ingredients into a food processor (except walnuts). Mix until a ball of dough forms.

Wrap the dough in cling-film, and chill for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 180 ºC.

Roll out the dough very thinly onto a floured surface. Cut out shapes with a cookie or scone cutter.

Transfer to the prepared baking tin, gently press chopped walnuts onto each, and bake for 15 minutes until golden.

Leave to cool slightly, then transfer onto a cooling rack.

Pack when completely cool.
