Recipe Ingredients

  • 250g SPAR Freshline strawberries, rinsed and hulled
  • 125ml SPAR strawberry juice
  • 125ml SPAR low fat vanilla flavoured yoghurt
  • 5ml SPAR honey
  • 250ml Ice cubes

Recipe Method

  1. Use a blender, food processor or stick-processor to whip together the ingredients from any recipe, until smooth and well mixed.
  2. Serve in 2 large glasses.
