Brownie Biscuits

This has to be THE easiest chocolate and peanut cookie recipe ever! Try them for the next school bake sale.

Ingredients

  • 500 g tub SPAR Brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 250 ml SPAR crunchy or smooth peanut butter
  • 30 ml SPAR canola or sunflower oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 ºC. Measure the ingredients into a 3 litre SPAR Good Living ceramic mixing bowl.
  2. Using a wooden spoon, mix these ingredients together well to form a dough.
  3. Roll medium size balls, and arrange them well spaced, on a SPAR Good Living non-stick baking tray. Press down onto each one with the back of a fork.
  4. Bake for 18 minutes and leave to cool slightly in the pan before transferring onto a cooling rack to crispen.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
