Skewered Chicken Wings with Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce Recipe
Crispy wings with a creamy, cheesy dipping sauce. Perfect for serving with early evening drinks.
Recipe Ingredients
- 2 packets of SPAR Tender & Tasty BBQ Skewered Sundowner Wings
Dipping sauce
- 50g Signature Selection brie cheese
- 85g SPAR Marksbury Select blue cheese
- ½ cup (125ml) SPAR buttermilk
- ½ cup (125ml) SPAR sour cream
- 1 SPAR Freshline garlic clove
- ¼ tsp (1.25ml) paprika
Recipe Method
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
Place the chicken wings on a lined baking tray and roast for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
To make the dressing, remove the rind off the brie cheese and cut into small cubes.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and set aside.
Serve with the wings.
