Tortilla Pinwheels Recipe

Spicy vegetable and cream cheese wraps that can be served as part of a cold buffet spread.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 6 tortilla wraps (you can use different colours like spinach, beetroot, chickpea etc)
  • 1 tub SPAR Cream Cheese
  • ¼ cup harissa paste or pesto
  • 1 red pepper, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper, cored and thinly sliced
  • ¼ red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 4 spring onions, cut into thin strips
  • 2 cups baby spinach

Recipe Method

  1. Lightly warm or toast wraps.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and harissa.
  3. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on one side of each tortilla.
  4. Arrange the prepared veggies in rows on the tortilla.
  5. Starting at one side, roll the tortilla up over the veggies, pressing it together tightly.
