Tortilla Pinwheels Recipe
Spicy vegetable and cream cheese wraps that can be served as part of a cold buffet spread.

Makes 36 pinwheels
Recipe Ingredients
- 6 tortilla wraps (you can use different colours like spinach, beetroot, chickpea etc)
- 1 tub SPAR Cream Cheese
- ¼ cup harissa paste or pesto
- 1 red pepper, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, cored and thinly sliced
- ¼ red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 4 spring onions, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups baby spinach
Recipe Method
- Lightly warm or toast wraps.
- Mix the cream cheese and harissa.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on one side of each tortilla.
- Arrange the prepared veggies in rows on the tortilla.
- Starting at one side, roll the tortilla up over the veggies, pressing it together tightly.
