Fresh Pasta, mint, garden peas and Crème Fraiche Recipe

A beautifully simple dish that combines fresh pasta, peas and mint with creamy creme fraiche.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 200g fresh pasta
  • 50g mint
  • 300g peas
  • 200g crème fraîche
  • 50ml extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Method

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the fresh pasta and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Once cooked, drain and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roughly chop the mint and add the rest of the ingredients to the mixing bowl. Give it a good toss.
  4. Season to taste and serve.
