Pasta, mint, garden peas and Crème Fraiche Recipe
A beautifully simple dish that combines fresh pasta, peas and mint with creamy creme fraiche.
Recipe Ingredients
- 200g fresh pasta
- 50g mint
- 300g peas
- 200g crème fraîche
- 50ml extra virgin olive oil
Recipe Method
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the fresh pasta and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Once cooked, drain and place in a mixing bowl.
- Roughly chop the mint and add the rest of the ingredients to the mixing bowl. Give it a good toss.
- Season to taste and serve.
