Recipe Ingredients

  • 50g SPAR natural almonds
  • 50g SPAR instant oats (1 sachet)
  • 2ml ground cinnamon
  • 125ml SPAR low fat vanilla flavoured yoghurt
  • 300ml SPAR low fat milk
  • 15ml SPAR honey

Recipe Method

  1. Use a blender, food processor or stick-processor to whip together the ingredients from any recipe, until smooth and well mixed.
  2. Serve in 2 large glasses.
