Recipe Ingredients

Place the cabbage, carrots and ginger into a large bowl and mix well.
Stir in sesame oil, mayonnaise, rice wine and Sriracha sauce and mix well. Set aside.
Preheat grill pan over a high heat and spray with non-stick spray.
Add sausages to the heated grill pan and cook 4-5 minutes, cooking evenly.
Place the sausages in the buns and top with the cabbage mixture.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
