Apricot and Peach Salsa Recipe

A sweet and spicy salsa that pairs perfectly with braaied snoek.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cups SPAR dried peaches
  • 1 cup tinned apricots, chopped
  • 1 SPAR Freshline jalapeño, chopped
  • 1 SPAR Freshline tomato, chopped
  • ¼ cup SPAR Freshline red onion, chopped
  • 2 TBSP SPAR Freshline coriander, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon SPAR apricot jam
  • 1 SPAR Freshline  lime, juice & zest
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Recipe Method

  1. Place the dried peaches in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside for 15 minutes or until softened.
  2. Drain well. Chop and place into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the apricots, jalapeño, tomato, onion, coriander, jam, lime juice & zest and salt & pepper.
  4. Mix together until well combined.

Serve with braaied snoek
