Papaya Breakfast Bowls Recipe
Save on the washing up with these papaya breakfast bowls, full of yoghurt, granola and fresh berries.
Recipe Ingredients
- 1 ripe SPAR Freshline papaya (pawpaw)
- 2 cups SPAR yoghurt
- 1/2 cup SPAR granola
- 3 teaspoon chia seeds
- SPAR Freshline berries
- SPAR honey to drizzle
Recipe Method
- Slice the papaya in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon
- Fill the centre of each papaya half with 1 cup yoghurt, 1/4 cup granola and 1 teaspoon chia seeds.
- Top with fresh berries and drizzle with honey.
