Where can I redeem the voucher?
Vouchers can be redeemed at any participating stores (SPAR, SPAR Express, TOPS at SPAR & SaveMor) nationwide. Simply present your voucher code at the till.
What is the minimum and maximum amount I can load on a voucher?
You can load any amount from R50 up to R5000 per voucher. Planning something bigger? There’s no limit on bulk orders over R5000.
What is the redemption cut-off?
Vouchers need to be used before their expiry date. You’ll find the expiry clearly shown on your voucher confirmation.
What if I lose my WiCode?
No stress, we can help. If your voucher hasn’t been used yet, we can resend your WiCode. Simply contact our support team (0860 313 141) with your purchase details.
What if I send the voucher to the wrong number?
Once a voucher has been delivered, it can’t be reversed. We recommend double-checking the recipient’s details before confirming your purchase, just to be safe.
Can I send and use the voucher outside of South Africa (e.g., eSwatini or Botswana)?
Currently, vouchers are only redeemable within South Africa.
How does the recipient redeem the voucher?
The recipient presents their WiCode (via SMS or email) at checkout. The cashier will enter the code, and the voucher value will be applied to the purchase.
