Cranberry and White Chocolate Squares

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tub SPAR Quick & Easy Cheesecake (200 g)
  • 375 ml tap water
  • 315 ml SPAR cake flour
  • 20 ml baking powder
  • 250 ml SPAR cranberries
  • 90 g slab white chocolate, roughly chopped
  • SPAR icing sugar, to sieve over the top

Method

1. Pre-heat oven to 190 º C. Grease a shallow baking tin measuring approximately 15 x 25 cm.

2. In a bowl, measure out all the ingredients and slowly blend on low speed to combine well.

3. Spoon the mixture into the baking tin, level off and bake for 20 minutes.

4. When cool, sieve icing sugar over generously, then slice into squares.

5. Store in an airtight container in a single layer.

Hints & Tips

The cranberries may be substituted with an equivalent amount of combined dried fruit cake mix and coconut.
