Our summer months can make suppertime preparation such a hot and daunting task. Serve in a fun casual way for maximum impact; no one will guess that SPAR did most of the work!

  • Freshline Pineapple, Mango, Grape and Passion fruit salad 

Recipe Method

  1. Simply plate the salads, pop the hot dishes in the oven, enjoy a drink and voila!  A lovely spread for your family or guests to nibble on.
  2. Serve the dessert fruits with a tub of SPAR double cream yoghurt and a sprinkle of shelled pistachio nuts, OR  SQUILLO marshmallows, threaded on skewers, alternating with the fresh fruit pieces.
