Quick Salmon Spaghetti

A lightning fast meal that looks and tastes like it took more than the 15 minutes you'll spend preparing it!

Ingredients

  • 400g SPAR spaghetti
  • 20ml SPAR olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1-2 fresh chillies, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tin SPAR salmon , drained (or 100g frozen salmon)

Method

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Once it is hot. Add the garlic and chillies. Fry for one minute.
  3. Add the salmon and stir gently until heated through. Remove from the heat and add to the drained pasta. Toss well and season to taste.
  4. Garnish with chives/capers and lemon wedges and serve with a French salad.
