- 1 ripe SPAR Freshline Papaya, halved with seeds removed
- 1 frozen SPAR Freshline Banana
- ½ cup SPAR Freshline Blueberries
- ¼ cup SPAR Freshline Raspberries
- Almond milk
- SPAR Freshline Berries and SPAR Freshline Banana for topping
Recipe Method
- Blend frozen SPAR Freshline Banana, SPAR Freshline Blueberries, SPAR Freshline Raspberries and almond milk until smooth.
- Cut papaya in half and remove seeds.
- Fill papaya with smoothie and top with SPAR Freshline Berries and Banana.
