Frozen Yoghurt Bark Recipe

A delicious summer dessert comprising home-made frozen vanilla honey yoghurt crammed with fresh fruit and crunchy nuts.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups SPAR double cream plain yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup SPAR honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup SPAR Freshline strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup SPAR Freshline blueberries
  • 1/2 cup SPAR Freshline raspberries                                
  • 2 tablespoon roasted pecans, chopped

Recipe Method

  1. Line a baking tray with wax paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine yoghurt, honey, vanilla, lemon juice and salt.
  3. Whisk until well combined.
  4. Transfer yoghurt mixture to the baking tray and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with berries and nuts.
  6. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm
  7. Break into pieces and serve immediately.
