Ingredients

Candy Popcorn

  • SPAR popcorn100 ml
  • SPAR sunflower oil1
  • SPAR icing sugar160 ml
  • Warm water25 ml
  • Few drops of food colours of choice1

Instructions

Step 1

Cook a batch of popcorn.

While the popcorn is cooking, combine the icing sugar, water and colouring in a small bowl.

Step 3

Pour this mixture over the still-hot popcorn, and toss thoroughly so it coats the popcorn well. Scatter loosely onto a tray, and set aside to cool and harden.

Step 4

Repeat these steps twice, using a different colour each time, so you have three colours to mix together once dry.
