Make a delicious pie by using this recipe but instead of making dumplings, transfer the stew to a deep pie dish. Top with a roll of SPAR puff pastry. Trim the edges, brush with egg and bake at 200°C for 20 - 25 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden.
