FAQ's

Where can I redeem the voucher? ⊕

Vouchers can be redeemed at any participating stores (SPAR, SPAR Express, TOPS at SPAR & SaveMor) nationwide. Simply present your voucher code at the till.

What is the minimum and maximum amount I can load on a voucher? ⊕

You can load from R50 up to R5,000 per voucher. There is no limit on bulk orders above R5000.

What is the redemption cut-off? ⊕

All vouchers must be redeemed before their expiry date, which is clearly stated on your voucher confirmation.

What if I lose my WiCode? ⊕

If your voucher has not yet been redeemed, we can resend it to you. Please contact our support team with your purchase details for assistance.

What if I send the voucher to the wrong number? ⊕

Once a voucher has been delivered, it cannot be recalled. Please double-check the recipient’s details before confirming your purchase.

Can I send and use the voucher outside of South Africa (e.g., eSwatini or Botswana)? ⊕

Currently, vouchers are only redeemable within South Africa.

How does the recipient redeem the voucher? ⊕

The recipient simply presents the WiCode (via SMS or email) at checkout. The cashier will enter the code, and the voucher value will be deducted from the total purchase.
