Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 ripe SPAR Freshline papaya (pawpaw)
  • 2 cups SPAR yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup SPAR granola
  • 3 teaspoon chia seeds
  • SPAR Freshline berries
  • SPAR honey to drizzle

Recipe Method

  1. Slice the papaya in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon
  2. Fill the centre of each papaya half with 1 cup yoghurt, 1/4 cup granola and 1 teaspoon chia seeds.
  3. Top with fresh berries and drizzle with honey.
