How to Make Tzatziki Sauce
Learn to make this deliciously easy summer dip.

Step 1

Grate the cucumber and drain all the excess juice

Step 2

Combine the yoghurt, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, cucumber, garlic and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Stir to combine, cover and refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours before serving.
