Fruity Yoghurt Popsicles
Summer time just got a lot more fun with this delicious snack!
Fruity Yoghurt Popsicles
  • Prep Time: 20 minutes + 8 hours for freezing

  • Makes:  6 – 8 depending on the size of the moulds.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml SPAR Low Fat Smooth Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 250 ml SPAR Vanilla Flavoured Custard
  • 250 ml SPAR Strawberry Yoghurt
  • Assorted Fruit from list below:
  • SPAR Freshline Kiwi Fruit
  • SPAR Freshline Strawberries
  • SPAR Freshline Blueberries
  • Granadilla Pulp

Method

  1. Place a little yoghurt into each mould. Slide the fruit slices and chunks down the side so that they look pretty when the ice lolly is set. 
  2. Add a little custard, yoghurt and more fruit until the mould is full.
  3. Place in the freezer for 8 hours or more until the popsicles are completely frozen.
  • Run the popsicles under water to help loosen them from the moulds and serve.
  • Delicious on their own or served with SPAR Muesli Breakfast Crunch.
