3 in one Smoothie

3 in one Smoothie
You change the flavour of this smoothie recipe by changing the fruit you use. Great fun can be had by decorating the cup, glass or bottle with googly eyes and pens.
3 in one Smoothie
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Serves: 1 - 2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe (strawberries / kiwi fruit / bananas)
  • 1 cup SPAR Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup SPAR Apple juice
  • A few drops of food colouring (optional)

Method

  1. Decide which fruit you are using. 
  2. Prepare the fruit you are going to use. Cut the green stalk and leaves off the strawberries. Peel and chop kiwi fruit. Peel bananas.
  3. Place the chosen fruit into a food processor or blender.
  4. Add the yogurt, apple juice, and sugar.
  5. Process on the highest speed until a well-blended puree forms, about 15 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides of the container once or twice.
  6. Add a drop of food colouring if you want to.
