Muddle is to combine ingredients, usually in the bottom of a mixing glass, by pressing them with a muddler (similar to a pestle or you can use a wooden spoon handle) before adding the rest of the liquid ingredients.

Cellulose Solution (available at selected bar schools) is an organic plant extract used to replace egg white. This adds a frothy texture to the drink. Using fresh egg white instead is perfectly acceptable.
