Ingredients
375 ml white sugar
375ml brown sugar
3 eggs
375g butter or margarine
930ml self raising flour
375ml Milo
375ml Choc chips
5ml Vanilla essence
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Beat the eggs and sugar together and then add the butter continuing to beat.
3. Incorporate the flour, milo, choc chips and vanilla essence and mix until the batter is smooth and soft. Let it stand for about 10 minutes.
4. With a spoon, make small heaps of cookie batter on a baking tray that is sprayed with spray and
cook. Give enough space between cookie batter heaps, because the cookies spread on their own
during baking.
5. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes. Let the cookies cool down for 15 minute outside of the oven. Remove
from baking tray and let it cool down further.
6. Place into an airtight container or simply enjoy it right away.
