Recipe for
SA Style Egg Nog

An excellent way to welcome friends and family over the Festive Season! Based on the traditional hot version, but with a few twists, making it uniquely suited to a summery South African Christmas.
Ingredients
(Yield: 1.25 litres)
1 box instant vanilla pudding
500 ml SPAR full-cream milk
350 ml SPAR full-cream milk (in addition to the 500ml)
150 ml SPAR fresh or long-life cream
200 ml Amarula Cream liqueur
1 ml ground nutmeg
Method
Beat together the instant vanilla pudding and 500ml of the milk.
Chill for 5 minutes before adding 350 ml milk, the cream and Amarula.
Chill thoroughly and serve with a sprinkle of ground nutmeg
Prep Time:
Serve small shooter or sherry glass portions.
