  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) SPAR peanut butter
  • 1-2 SPAR Freshline frozen bananas
  • 5 SPAR Freshline dates, pitted
  • ½ cup ice

Recipe Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on medium until smooth.
  2. For a thinner consistency, add more milk until the desired thickness is achieved.
