Easy Breakfast Muffin Quiche Recipe
Simple is the name of the game with these delicious breakfast treats.
Recipe Ingredients
- 12 Slices SPAR Bakery Bread with the crusts removed
- SPAR butter for spreading
- 6 slices SPAR chargrilled ham, roughly chopped
- 200g crumbled ricotta cheese
- 100g SPAR cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 SPAR eggs, lightly whisked
- 10g mixed herbs
- 10g SPAR barbecue spice
- 125ml SPAR full-cream milk
Recipe Method
- Butter one side of each slice of bread with your SPAR butter. Press into ½ cup capacity (125ml) greased muffin tins.
- Bake at 200°C for 5-6 minutes or until golden.
- Fill each bread case with the ham, ricotta, and cheddar cheese.
- Mix the egg, herbs, barbecue spice and milk until combined.
- Gently pour the mixture into each bread case and bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
Hints & Tips
These quiches can be frozen for up to 2 months. Defrost in the fridge and warm in a low-temperature oven.
