Recipe Ingredients

  • 200g smoked mackerel fillets
  • 100g SPAR medium-fat plain cream cheese
  • 30g SPAR butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons SPAR mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon SPAR Freshline parsley, chopped
  • 1 pack SPAR Bakery Stackers

Recipe Method

  1. Remove the skins from the mackerel and flake the fish into a bowl.
  2. Add cream cheese, butter, parsley, mayo, horseradish, lemon juice, lemon zest, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
