Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons SPAR sunflower oil
  • 1 SPAR Freshline onion, sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 SPAR Freshline green pepper, sliced and seeded
  • 2 SPAR Freshline carrots, peeled and julienned
  • 1 can SPAR tomato and onion mix
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 SPAR Freshline green chilli, roughly chopped
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste

Recipe Method

  1. Fry your onion in the oil until soft and golden, roughly ~8 minutes.
  2. Add your curry powder, cook for a minute until the fragrance develops.
  3. Add your green pepper and carrots, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the tomato and onion mix into the pan. Add your sugar and chilli, then simmer for 10 more minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
