Sun Dried Tomato and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

  • 8 SPAR Freshline large brown mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp SPAR olive oil for drizzling
  • ½ cup sundried tomato in oil, finely chopped
  • 1 cup SPAR feta, crumbed
  • 1 cup SPAR grated mozzarella
  • 1 Tbsp fresh oreganum, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Mix the stuffing ingredients together well.
Pop the mushrooms into a roasting tray.
Season well with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Divide the stuffing equally between the mushrooms and gently press it down so it sits evenly in each hollow.
Pop into the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes or until a little golden and the
mushrooms are cooked.
Serve with crusty bread and a side salad
