Recipe Method

For the Fruity Spritzer

1. In the bottom of a glass, muddle the fruit with the honey and lemon.
2. Add the white wine and vodka and stir well.
3. Pour into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
4. Top with sparkling water.

For the Nectarine Basil Fizz

1. In the bottom of a glass, muddle the nectarine, vodka, lime juice, basil, and sugar.
2. Add ice to the glass, followed by the sparkling water.
3. Garnish and serve
