Recipe for
Festive Mocha Merrymaker

10 minutes excluding refrigeration time
Serve glasses of this chilled alcoholic drink to guests or work colleagues at the office party, as a creamy, all-in-one alternative, to coffee, dessert and liqueur.
Ingredients
(Serves: 1.75 litres to serve 8-10)

condensed milk
1 litre black
SPAR
filter coffee - medium roast, left to cool to room
temperature
250 ml spiced rum eg Captain Morgan
125 ml brandy
250 ml
SPAR
fresh cream, softly whipped
Method
Pour boiling water over 4 scoops of filter coffee in the SPAR Good Living 8-Cup Premium Plunger.
Spoon the condensed milk equally into each SPAR Good Living fluted champagne glass.
Mix the rum into the jug of cooled filter coffee.
Whip the brandy and cream together until soft peaks form.
Pour the chilled coffee mixture onto the condensed milk layer, until 2cm from the rim.
Gently pour on a brandy cream layer to fill each glass. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon or drinking chocolate powder, and serve immediately with cocktail swizzle sticks or long cinnamon sticks, for guests to stir the ingredient layers together before enjoying.
