Recipe Method

1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Prepare the garlic croutons by unwrapping the garlic bread and cutting the slices into single slices. Cut each slice into 4 representing crouton sizes
3. Place the croutons onto a baking tray, season with salt and pepper and bake for 10-15 mins. Make sure you watch so that they don’t burn. You can shake the tray over the baking time to ensure even baking. Set aside once baked and golden
4. To prepare the butternut, peel the outer hard layer. Cut the butternut into smaller 2x2cm pieces. Place in a mixing bowl, add a small glug of olive oil, enough to just coat. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
5. Add the cubes to a baking tray and roast in the oven for 20 mins until golden and crispy. Leave to cool. 
6. Whilst waiting for the croutons and butternut cubes, make your bunny cutouts. Open both cheeses and using a bunny cookie cutter, punch out the shapes. Any leftover cheese can be cubed and added as other ingredients on the salad board.
7. To assemble your board, use your imagination to play with all the ingredients. Group them in a circle if you have a large round board or if you are using a rectangular board, maybe add them in a zigzag. If you have more people, add more produce and let people make their own snack attack plates!
