Preheat oven to 200 °C. Brush wors with SPAR Sunflower Oil and place on a tray. Grill for 5 minutes turning once.
Add a small amount of SPAR Sunflower Oil to a heated frying pan. Fry wors over medium heat, turning occasionally until golden brown.
