Stir Fry Strips

Our SPAR Select Stir Fry Strips are made from ostrich meat which is growing in popularity as part of a well-balanced diet, because it’s low in fat but high in protein. It happens to be tasty too!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Ostrich Stir Fry should be stir-fried quicky (3 – 5 minutes) in 10 ml olive oil and 5 ml butter at high temperature to seal in natural juices. Do not overcook.
