Our SPAR Select Goulash Cubes are made from ostrich meat making them a great choice for weight-conscious meat lovers who want to enjoy the flavour of a hearty goulash or stew in a healthier way.
Ostrich Goulash Cubes should be seared (4 – 7 minutes) in 10 ml olive oil and 5 ml butter at high temperature to seal in natural juices. Do not overcook, best served medium.
