Watermelon and Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

  • 5 cups chopped watermelon
  • 1 cup hulled strawberries
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed
  • lemon juice
 

Recipe Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz till smooth. You may need to add the ingredients in batches.
  2. Divide smoothie into four glasses or 6 tumblers and enjoy immediately.
