Mocha Pedro Recipe

Give the traditional Dom Pedro a fun coffee- twist with the help of convenient cappuccino sachets. Wonderfully quick for a dessert when entertaining!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 litre  SPAR Caramel &Vanilla flavoured ice cream (1 tub)
  • 5 sachets SPAR CafĂ© Express Cappuccino (6 sachets)
  • 125 ml  boiling water
  • 125 ml  whisky (5 tot-measures)

Recipe Method

  1. Break up the ice cream in its tub, and tip the contents into a food processor bowl.
  2. Cut open the cappuccino sachets and pour their contents into a jug.  Pour on the boiling water and stir until dissolved.  Stir in the whisky.
  3. Pour this warm liquid over the ice cream, and process until evenly blended and smooth.
  4. Pour into 6 tumblers, and serve a wide-mouthed straw with each.

Hints & Tips

  • Plain vanilla ice cream can also be used.
