Crispy Hasselback Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

  • 8-10 SPAR Freshline potatoes
  • ¼ cup SPAR extra-virgin olive oil
  • flaked salt
  • 6-8 sprigs SPAR Freshline rosemary
  • 2 bulbs SPAR Freshline garlic

Recipe Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 C.
  2. Cut thin slits into each of the potatoes, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. On a baking tray, drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, season with salt and scatter with rosemary and garlic cloves.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, brush with oil and rosemary again and bake for another 25 minutes or until golden and roasted.
