Braai Sweetcorn Recipe

Add fresh chilli, parmesan and a dab of creamy butter to your sweetcorn for a taste sensation.

Recipe Ingredients

  •  Freshline sweetcorn 4’s leaves removed
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 2 Tablespoons, grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ Tablespoons crushed chilli

Recipe Method

  1. Heat the butter then add the Parmesan Cheese, parsley and chilli.
  2. Rinse corn under cold water and toss it in half of the marinade, then wrap individually in foil.
  3. Grill on the braai for 15 to 20 min. or until tender, turning occasionally. 

Hints & Tips

  • While the corn is still hot, remove from the foil and spread each cob with the remainder of the butter mixture
  • Serve corn with grilled steak or grilled chicken breasts
