Banana, Peanut butter and Oat smoothie Recipe

A smooth and rich smoothie packed with protein, vitamins and fibre for a complete breakfast in a glass.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 tbls honey
  • 2 tbls (heaped) peanut butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup low-fat yoghurt
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup oats

Recipe Method

  1. In a blender add the honey, peanut butter, milk and yoghurt.
  2. Roughly slice the bananas and add to the blender.
  3. Turn on the blender and blitz until smooth.
  4. Add the oats and pulse until combined. 
  5. Pour into two tall glasses or four smaller ones. 
  6. Drink immediately.
