Leftover savoury mince from dinner

Recipe Method

Cut off a slice across the top of each warm potato and use later as “lids”.

Using a teaspoon, carefully scoop out a little potato flesh, and mix it into your filling of choice.

Fill the potatoes and top each one with a “lid”.

Boil the potatoes in advance, and store them in the fridge for warming up and finishing off quickly anytime you need a snack.
