Avocado and Mango Salsa Recipe

Try this as an alternative to tomato and onion salsa when entertaining or serve with a cold chicken salad to add extra zing!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced 
  • 1 avocado, peeled,pitted and diced 
  • 1 red chili, seeds removed and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped 
  • fresh coriander
  • 3 cloves garlic,finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • juice of ½ lime
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped 
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Method

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mango,
  2. avocado, chili, coriander and garlic.
  3. Stir in the salt, lime juice, red onion, and olive oil.
  4. To blend the flavours, refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
