Recipe Ingredients

  • 1kg SPAR Tender & Tasty Pork Belly Ribs
  • 4 SPAR freshline Granny Smith apples, halved and sliced
  • ¼ SPAR freshline cabbage, shredded
  • Handful SPAR freshline dill, roughly chopped
  • Handful SPAR freshline mint, leaves picked
  • 1-2 SPAR Freshline spring onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp (15ml)  zaatar spice
  

Dressing

  • Juice of 1 SPAR freshline lemon
  • 1 tsp SPAR sugar
  • ¼ (60ml) SPAR olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp (45ml) SPAR honey

Recipe Method

  1. For the dressing, whisk together all the ingredients. Season to taste and set aside
  2. For the slaw, toss together all the ingredients in a large serving bowl.
  3. Pour over dressing. Set aside.
  4. Cook the ribs according to package instructions and serve with the slaw.
