Recipe Ingredients

For Carrot and Orange Muffins

  • 6 SPAR Bakery Carrot Muffins
  • 1 cup SPAR Icing Sugar, sifted 
  • Zest of 1 SPAR freshline orange and 2 tsp (10 ml) of juice.
 

For Lemon and Poppy Seed Muffins

  • 6 SPAR Bakery Lemon and Poppy Seed Muffins
  • 1 cup SPAR Icing Sugar, sifted 
  • Zest of 1 SPAR freshline lemon and 2 tsp (10ml) of juice.

Recipe Method

  1. Place the icing sugar into a bowl and stir through the lemon juice and zest.
  2. For a thicker or thinner drizzle, adjust the amount of juice.
  3. Place the muffins on a wire rack and drizzle over the dressing.
